Thinking about fall festivals? Gulf Brew tickets are on sale now

Lafayette is gearing up for its annual all beer celebration. Gulf Brew is back for the 2022 season and early bird tickets are on sale now.

The Acadiana Center for the Arts will host Gulf Brew on October 22 from 1 to 5 p.m. The event features over 200 beers from breweries across the country. Each ticket allows you to taste these beers.

Gulf Brew will also have music, merchants and plenty of local restaurants to support. The event will kick off with the crowning of the “king and queen of beer” who are selected through a fundraising competition. Candidates for King and Queen will be announced on September 1.

Early bird tickets for general admission are on sale for $30. The event will conclude with an afterparty at downtown Rock ‘n’ Bowl. Volunteer applications open August 1st. Volunteers enjoy free entry before or after their shift.

If you would like to display your work along Jefferson Street during the event, booths can be rented. Each 10×10 booth is operated by the Louisiana Crafts Guild. Booths are now available at a cost of $50 for non-members of the artisans guild or $40 for current members. The deadline to apply is August 19.

To purchase tickets, visit VIP and designated driver tickets are available. You must be of legal drinking age to attend this event. To apply for a stand visit
