Connect Music Festival returns to Edinburgh, Scotland after 14 years with a massive lineup featuring some of dance music’s finest and most revered forces. Festival CEO and organizer Geoff Ellis has explained that the 2007 and 2008 Connect Music Festival reboot will share many of the same qualities as its original output, such as “music, entertainment, food and drink programming”. . The event will kick off the end of the summer festival circuit, August 26-28 at the Royal Highland Center in Edinburgh.
Saturday’s headliner on the Grand Parade stage will be The Chemical Brothers, bringing their big beat sound and live performances to Edinburgh. Other artists performing at the inaugural festival include Massive Attack headlining the first night, Black Coffee, Jon Hopkins, Bonobo, Erol Alkan, and many more.
